Mr. Josefsson is Managing Director of Shape Process Automation Group EMEA. He is responsible for executing and overseeing the overall vision, strategy and operational initiatives for the European regions.
An accomplished leader with experience in working globally in all major regions establishing new business entities or performing successful turnarounds. Mr. Josefsson has strong background development of new businesses and managing existing business to grow with profitability.
Mr. Josefsson brings over 35 years of experience and has been with the SPA Group for 3 years,. Prior to Shape Process Automation, Mr. Josefsson spent over 15 years at AP&T, SwePart Tool & Die and Texo AB.
Mr. Josefsson holds an Mechanical Engineering Degree.
