Notice of Temporary Service Disruption

In the event of a planned or unexpected temporary service disruption that limits access to Shape Technologies Group’s facilities, goods, or services for persons with disabilities, Shape Technologies Group will promptly notify customers. The notification will include:

Description of the disrupted service: Clearly state what service is unavailable.

  • Reason for the disruption: Explain why the service is disrupted.
  • Duration of the disruption: Provide an estimated time frame for when the service will be restored.
  • Alternative methods of service: Offer alternative ways to access the service during the disruption.

Notifications will be posted in multiple formats and locations to ensure accessibility for all customers. This includes physical signs at the location of the disruption, updates on the company website, and email to expected guests. Shape Technologies Group is committed to maintaining reliable service and addressing the needs of customers with disabilities promptly and effectively
