Nino LaDuca is the CEO of Shape Technologies and CEO and President of Shape Process Automation. He is responsible for the overall vision and strategy, operational initiatives, supporting global business development and guiding M&A activity. An accomplished leader with a strong background in finance, operations and business development, Mr. LaDuca is a results-oriented individual with a track record of growth and profitability within the private sector, continuously ensuring a winning culture through collaboration, accountability, and strategic stability.

Mr. LaDuca brings over 25 years of experience and has been with Shape Technologies for seven years, having joined through the acquisition of Tech-Con Automation in 2015. Prior to Shape Technologies and Tech-Con Automation, Mr. LaDuca spent time with KPMG, SunOpta and Wheelabrator.

Mr. LaDuca is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds an Honors Bachelors Commerce Degree from Laurentian University.

Mr. LaDuca brings over 25 years of experience and has been with the SPA Group for 15 years, having joined Tech-Con Automation in 2008. Prior to Shape Process Automation, Mr. LaDuca spent over ten years at KPMG, SunOpta and Wheelabrator.
